Shel Segal

Before founding Segal Communications, Shel worked as a journalist for more than a decade. A graduate of California State University, Northridge’s journalism school, he served as editor of two weekly papers, sports editor on two daily papers and has been on staff or has freelanced for a number of other newspapers throughout California.

Shel has also worked as an account representative for two public relations agencies and has been an in house public relations consultant for a major non profit organization and real estate company.

His experience as a journalist gives Shel great insight into what kinds of press releases and media alerts get the attention of editors and assignment directors, maximizing the attention your company or organization will receive.

Kristen Olafson

A brilliant graphic designer, Kristen graduated with a degree in advertising from San Jose State University. She brings many years of experience to Segal Communications with her keen eye and unique ability to design the right piece for the right situation. Kristen also has a good ear and listens to your wants and needs as you develop materials for your business.

Gregor Wikidal

The operations manager for Segal Communications, Gregor has been working with computers as long as he can remember. In addition to teaching software applications, Gregor will make any computer design you like jump off the screen!
